AI sales agent

It answers in seconds. At three in the morning. In their language.

An enquiry that waits is an enquiry that went somewhere else. The agent replies the moment it arrives, whatever hour it is and whatever language it is written in — and because it sits inside the operating system rather than beside it, what it says is actually true.

What it actually does

Four things, done properly.

Not a greeter that collects an email address and promises someone will be in touch. It does the work an enquirer came to have done.

Answers questions about your hub

What you offer, how it works, what is included, and what is actually free right now — read from your live booking engine rather than from a page someone last updated a while ago.

Books the tour

It offers a slot that exists, takes the booking and confirms it. The tour lands in the same diary your team already works from.

Joins someone to the waitlist

When the thing they want is taken, they leave with a place in the queue instead of leaving with nothing.

Captures the lead, with the conversation attached

The whole exchange is kept against the person, so whoever picks it up next reads exactly what was asked and exactly what was promised.

It answers from the system

From the system, not from a script.

A sales agent is only as good as the thing it is reading. Ours is not reading a copy of your hub written down at setup time — it is reading your hub, as it stands at the second it speaks.

Availability comes from the live booking engine.

If it says Thursday afternoon is free, Thursday afternoon is free. It offers what the diary can actually honour, and it stops offering it the moment somebody else takes it.

It quotes your own prices.

Your prices, the ones you set, exactly as they stand in your own settings — never a number it remembered. Change a rate this morning and the next conversation quotes the new one.

The waitlist it offers is the real waitlist.

Someone added by the agent is in the same queue, in the same order, as someone added by your team at the desk.

One system, one set of facts. There is no gap between what the agent says and what your team can deliver, because both are looking at the same record.

Three lanes, one agent

Chat, email — and the phone.

The same agent, with the same facts and the same boundaries, reachable however the enquirer prefers to reach you.

Chat

On your hub's own pages, where people are already reading about you.

Email

Your enquiry address. A reply comes back on the thread, in the language it was written in.

The phone

The platform already runs an AI voice stack for the virtual-office receptionist, so a hub can have a sales number that answers, qualifies and books — the same agent, out loud.

Chat · your hub's website
  • Agent

Hello — you're chatting with an AI assistant for the hub. Ask me anything, and I can book you in.

  • Enquirer

Is there a meeting room free on Thursday afternoon?

  • Agent

Checking the diary now. Thursday, the four-person room is free from 14:00, and the larger room from 16:30.

  • Enquirer

What does the four-person room cost?

  • Agent

It's charged at the hub's own hourly rate for that room — I'm reading it from the hub's settings, so it's the rate you'd be invoiced.

  • Enquirer

Could I come and see the place first?

  • Agent

Yes. There's a tour slot on Wednesday at 11:00 or Thursday at 09:30 — which suits?

  • Enquirer

    Wednesday, please.

  • Agent

Booked for Wednesday at 11:00, and confirmed by email. I've passed the whole conversation to the team so they know what you're after.

What it will never do

The boundaries are the product.

An agent that cannot be trusted near money or compliance is worth nothing, however well it writes. So the limits are fixed, and they are not settings.

It never takes a payment.

It can send your checkout link. The person pays — not the robot.

It never approves a virtual-office client.

Every application is reviewed by a trained human. That is the law, and it is not being automated.

It never quotes a price from memory.

Every figure is read live from your settings at the moment it speaks.

It always says it is an AI.

At the start of every conversation, in every lane, without being asked.

It keeps a written note, never a recording of anyone's voice.

If a caller would rather it didn't, it takes a name and a number and a human calls back. Nobody is trapped in a conversation with a machine.

If something fails, it says so.

It tells the enquirer a person will follow up, and it alerts you. It never improvises an answer to cover a gap.

Every conversation becomes evidence

The lead, the transcript and the outcome — on one timeline.

Nothing sits in a chat tool of its own. The enquiry, everything that was said, and what came of it land on the lead's timeline in the CRM, next to the tour, the booking and the payment. When you later ask why someone joined — or why they didn't — the answer is written down.

Optional, per hub

Off means off.

It is a per-hub choice. Leave it off and there is no agent, no disclosure flows and nothing running in the background — your enquiries arrive exactly as they do today.

What it costs

Part of CRM Growth. Not a separate purchase.

There is no bolt-on fee for the sales agent and nothing extra to buy to switch it on.

A free level runs on every licence.

Chat on your own pages, with the same boundaries and the same live facts.

It is part of CRM Growth.

The agent is one of the things CRM Growth buys. It is not priced separately from the module, and there is no bolt-on fee to switch it on.

CRM Growth, per hub, from
€49 /mo
Annual rate: €539/yr

The phone lane uses minutes.

Drawn from the same prepaid balance you already top up for the receptionist. One balance, not a second account to manage.

Status

This is in development.

This page describes what the sales agent is being built to do, not something you can switch on this morning. The parts it stands on are real; the layer that joins them is being written.

Real today
  • The booking engine, and live availability read from it.
  • Tour booking, the waitlist and lead capture.
  • The AI voice stack that already answers for the virtual-office receptionist.
Being built
  • The conversational layer that joins them.
  • The chat, email and phone sales lanes.
  • The disclosure and hand-back flows.

We are not putting a date on it here. When a lane is live, it will be described as live and nowhere else.

Want it the day it lands? Start with the platform.

Get set up on the platform and the agent arrives on top of the booking engine, the waitlist and the diary you are already running.
