Ways in

Five ways in. Each one is already a whole business.

Pick the one that describes what you sell. Each says plainly what you are buying, what it costs, what you do next and what you take on — before you click anything.

The five

What you sell is what you buy.

Your call is with an account manager in your own country and your own language. They are there to answer practical questions — how your prices map across, how your mail flow works, what your first week looks like. Either button reaches the same person.

Coworking · full licence

Coworking, full licence

What it is

The complete platform for a space that sells desks, offices and meeting rooms — booking, payments, compliant invoices, members, community and events, kiosk and printing, CRM.

What it costs
Full platform licence, one hub
€149/mo
Onboarding, one-time
€199

You pay the onboarding fee when you sign up. Your licence is not charged until the day you go live, and then renews monthly from that date.

What you do next

You tell us what you run, we agree a start date, and a named account manager builds the space out with you on screen — assets, listings, prices, opening hours.

What you take on

You set your own prices and your own rules and keep your own brand in front. Your team learns the platform in the free training; nothing about your business is retyped by you.

Coworking + virtual offices · full licence

Coworking and virtual offices, full licence

What it is

The complete platform, with the virtual-office business running alongside it: registered addresses, automated mail, local numbers and the AI receptionist under your brand.

What it costs
Full platform licence, one hub
€149/mo
Onboarding, one-time
€199

You pay the onboarding fee when you sign up. Your licence is not charged until the day you go live, and then renews monthly from that date.

What you do next

The same build-out with your account manager, plus your responsible person named and your admin team's AML training done before the virtual-office panel opens.

What you take on

Offering registered addresses makes you the regulated party, and the platform does the checking, recording and invoicing with you. Read the virtual-office duty below before you decide.

Coworking · Flentix Essentials

Coworking, Flentix Essentials

What it is

The lighter licence for a smaller space: the booking engine, online payments with compliant invoices, member login, and your booking pages in your brand.

What it costs
Flentix Essentials licence
€69/mo
Onboarding, one-time
€199

You pay the onboarding fee when you sign up. Your licence is not charged until the day you go live, and then renews monthly from that date.

What you do next

You tell us what you run, we agree a start date, and your account manager sets up your listings, prices and opening hours with you.

What you take on

You run the space; the platform runs the bookings, the money and the paperwork behind them. What sits outside Essentials is listed further down, in full.

Flentix Essentials + virtual offices

Flentix Essentials and virtual offices

What it is

The lighter licence, with the identical virtual-office business alongside it — the same tiers, the same identity checks, the same numbers and mail automation.

What it costs
Flentix Essentials licence
€69/mo
Onboarding, one-time
€199

You pay the onboarding fee when you sign up. Your licence is not charged until the day you go live, and then renews monthly from that date.

Virtual offices only

Virtual offices only

What it is

No licence and nothing monthly. For a law firm, gestoría, accountant or business centre that already has an address and no space to sell — and for anyone who wants the address business on its own.

What it costs

No licence and nothing monthly.

What you do next

You register your address, name your responsible person, your admin staff complete their AML training, and your first clients subscribe through our onboarding.

What you take on

You are the regulated party. Every client is checked in the platform and you approve them in one click; the evidence file builds itself as you work.

One virtual office

The virtual office is the same business wherever it appears.

The virtual-office track does not change with your licence. An operator who switches it on in month six walks exactly what a day-one buyer walks: the same platform, the same identity checks, the same AML training, the same money per client.

We charge you nothing ongoing — ever. We earn a fixed amount per client per month, never a percentage: paid only when you are.

The virtual-office duty

This is what makes it a real business — and a defensible one.

Offering registered addresses makes you the regulated party. You name a responsible person. Your admin staff complete AML training before their logins to the virtual-office panel open, and the platform keeps the record: a named person, and a date. Every client goes through identity checks in the platform, and you approve them in one click. That duty is the reason this business is hard to copy — an address that is checked, recorded and answerable is worth more than one that is not, and it is why clients stay for years.

We charge you nothing ongoing — ever. We earn a fixed amount per client per month, never a percentage: paid only when you are.

What onboarding is, and is not

We move your members. Your virtual-office clients re-subscribe.

We migrate your members and forward your bookings in whatever format you hold them — spreadsheet, export, another platform. You do not retype your business to get started.

Virtual-office clients never migrate. They re-subscribe through our onboarding, with their own identity checks and their own consent — and that is exactly what makes the hub compliant from the first day it opens.

The onboarding fee is one-time. It is priced by a member band you declare yourself, confirmed together during onboarding and adjusted either way if the real number differs.

The licence never moves with your member count.

Flentix Essentials

What Essentials does not include, stated plainly.

Essentials is the lighter licence for a smaller space. Four things sit in the full licence and not in Essentials:

  • Community & events
  • Printing
  • Site-wide white-label website
  • CRM Growth

Everything else is in both: the booking engine, online payments with compliant invoices, member login, the kiosk, your booking pages in your brand, and the complete virtual-office stack.

Stepping up to the full licence later costs no second onboarding fee.
